- To solve the problem of the company’s users with the best solution possible.
- To develop a deep understanding of how your company works and you are willing to become an expert, knowing the system inside out.
- To write technical documentation for your company’s knowledge base.
- To investigate the user’s key objectives, and drive their adoption of Quickmail’s functionality beyond the expected.
- To provide training and continued support through highly effective relationship management, centered on the customer experience.
- To develop a deep technical understanding of the email ecosystem.
- To create bug reports to help the developers understand where the issue is coming from and how to replicate it.
