- To receive inbound calls from customers and resolve their queries in a proper way.
- To make outbound calls to customers and coordinate with them in placing orders.
- To respond to customer queries on Facebook, Live chat, and Email.
- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing them with professional customer support.
- To maintain a good relationship with the customer by ensuring better service and after-sales support.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements of Today’s Monarch Mart Call Center Job Circular 2023:
- Applicants should be graduates, but non-graduates can also apply if they meet the following requirements.
- Candidates must have experience in call center/customer service/E-commerce.
- Applicants’ ages must be from 21 to 26 years.
- Both males and females can apply for this position.
- Applicants must have good typing speed in Bangla and English.
- Candidates must know Mircosoft Word and Excel.
