Support for Rural Advancement Society (SUPPORT) is a licensed microfinance institution operating in Bangladesh. The organization was established back in 1994 with the aim to contribute to the country’s overall socioeconomic progress.

Since its establishment, the organization has been relentlessly providing assistance to the poor, under-served, rural, and urban populace to strive for a healthier, happier life by addressing a host of social issues that have prevented such communities to prosper.

Field Officer.

Job Type:

This is a full-time and field-based job.

Job Location:

Anywhere in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities of Today’s HSC Pass NGO Job Circular 2023:

To perform micro-credit activities.
To admit new members, verify members, disburse loans, and recover loans.
To prepare and submit daily/monthly reports to the branch manager and RM.
To maintain a good relationship with union parishad, local dignitaries, the government, and the private sector.

Requirements of Today’s HSC Pass NGO Job Circular 2023:

At least HSC or equivalent exam pass candidates can apply.
Only males from 19 to 25 years old can apply.
Fresh candidates can apply, but experienced candidates have more chances to avail of this job.
Candidates having previous work experience of 01 to 02 years as Field Officers have the opportunity to be appointed as Assistant Branch Managers or Branch Managers.
Preference will be given to candidates who know computer operation (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, E-mail, etc.).
Applicants must have the mentality to work in any place in Bangladesh.
Applicants must have skills in bicycle riding.
