This is a full-time job opportunity but initially, the employee will be appointed for one year. Based on the performance, there is an opportunity to renew the contract period.Job Location:
The base location is Dhaka but regular field visit to the project area outside Dhaka is also required.Key Responsibilities:
- To lead, manage and set the overall direction for the project.
- To plan, implement, prepare the annual budget, provide policy direction, ensure quality, monitor and supervise the project.
- To lead a team consisting of at least 1000 employees working for PKSF from different locations.
- To maintain a close relationship with the government of Bangladesh and other NGO companies.
- Prepare project reports and publications.
- To perform any other tasks required for the project.

Basic Requirements:
- Candidate must be at least a post-graduate of Agriculture/Economics/Development Studies from any reputed university.
- Candidates with a Ph.D. degree will get preference.
- The maximum age limit to apply for this position is 65 years.
- At least 18 years of work experience in a similar role is required.
- Women candidates are especially encouraged to apply for this position.
Salary:
Your monthly consolidated salary is Tk.450,000.Benefits:
