Name of the Position:

Customer Service Executive.

Number of Vacancies:

A total of two vacancies are available.

Job Type:

This is a full-time and office-based job.

Job Location:

Uttara, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

To contact the customer through email, phone calls, text messaging, and other social media platforms.
To represent the company’s products to the customer in a proper way.
To receive customers’ complaints and inform the concerned department about the customers’ complaints.
Prepare reports of daily activities and submit them to the concerned person.
To provide better customer service with effective communication skills.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must be a graduate of any subject.
Only male candidates can apply.
Candidates aged from 20 to 35 years are eligible to apply.
Candidates’ communication skills must be good.
If you have previous work experience in any call center then you will get added advantage.

Salary:

Your monthly salary range is Tk. 12,000 to Tk. 15,000.

Benefits:

A yearly salary review facility is available.
