Job Responsibilities:
- To represent the company’s products and services to the customer in a proper way.
- To receive phone calls from the customer and make the outbound call for them also.
- To identify customers’ needs and support them accordingly with accurate information and services.
- To manage customers’ queries on Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- To refer the customers’ critical issues to the concerned person of the company.
- To collaborate with the team leader in preparing reports.
Job Requirements:
- You are welcome to apply If you completed at least the SSC exam.
- HSC-passed candidates can apply also.
- Fresh graduate or running students are also eligible to apply.
- Ages must be from 20 to 32 years.
- Males and females both can apply.
Salary:
Will be fixed on the interview day.Benefits:
