Job Responsibilities:
- To receive purchase requisition, verify the purchase requirements, and perform all other tasks related to procurement.
- To collect products quotation from different suppliers and negotiate with them to deal with the best price.
- To ensure availability of the products on time and ensure the quality of them also.
- To prepare the statements and update the purchase order in ERP.
- To process bills and submit them to the company’s billing departments.
- To ensure suppliers’ satisfaction, monitor their payments regularly.
Job Requirements:
- Applicants must be graduates of science or commerce.
- Post graduate diploma in the supply chain is preferred.
- Candidates must have good knowledge of the local market.
- Candidates must have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidates having work experience of 01 to 02 years in a similar role are required.
- But freshers can apply also for this position.
