- Provide accurate information about the company’s service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by identifying their needs.
- Manage queries of customers on social media and solve them accordingly.
- To inform the concerned person of customers’ critical issues.
- To collaborate with other departments when needed.
- To prepare reports and submit them to the team leader.

Salary:
